Podere l’Agave is surrounded by the green hills of Tuscany country, only 2.5 kilometres far from the town centre and the sandy beaches of San Vincenzo

On the hillock above the valley there are two outdoor swimming-pools, outdoor hydro massage and a relaxing outdoor lounge with a wonderful sea-view.
Our guests can use tge barbecue, indoor relaxing area with hydro massage and sauna, fitness room, common room, walking in the country or relax on the sun loungers.
The youngest guests can spend their time playing in the playground, with ping pong table, football table, in a wide green spaces and in the tree houses.
Breakfast is served in the old stable and in the garden. It includes our organic products and the best products of our area: cold meats, ham and salami, home made marmalades of our organic fruit trees, honey, olive oil, butter, fresh bread and focaccia, cheese, yoghurt, cereals, fresh fruit and vegetables, fruit juices, home made cakes, bacon and eggs.
It is an Organic Farm (CCPB certificated) from 2000 and produces extra virgin olive oil, fruits, jams, vegetables and cold meats from Cinta Senese pigs which live wildly in the surrounding fields.
Podere l’Agave is located near the most beautiful natural beaches of Tuscany (Rimigliano Park, Golfo di Baratti, Sterpaia Park) and very close to the trekking, mountain biking and horseback riding paths.
Furthermore, it is in the middle of an area of great artistic and cultural center. Nearby there are natural and archaeological park of Populonia, Baratti, San Silvestro and ancient villages (Suvereto, Campiglia Marittima, Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri). Moreover, it is not far from Siena, Volterra, Pisa, San Gimignano, Roselle, Massa Marittima. In a short distance you can find “Calidario” thermal spas, known for its sulphur-bearing waters.
It is situated on the Wine Road which leads from Bolgheri, through Castagneto Carducci and Campiglia Marittima to Suvereto.
You can taste and buy our products accompanied by the best products of the Etruscan Coast (wine, honey and cheese).
Apartments:
All the apartments have been completely renovated and are characterized by the colours of the surrounding nature: sky blue, orange, yellow, wheat, beige, olive…The rooms are simple but warm and homely, thanks to the materials used: wood, stone and marble. Bathrooms have a shower and hairdryer, kitchens have refrigerator with freezer, microwave or traditional oven. Each apartment has its own porch or terrace with table and chairs.
Studio: at ground floor with hills-view (30 mq): room with cooking area, one double bed, sofa and bathroom with shower. (2 adults with the possibility to add 1 extra bed for a child up to 12 years old)
Suite: at ground floor or at the mezzanine floor with sea view or hills view (45-50 mq): apartment made up of sitting room with kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bath with shower. (2 adults with the possibility to add an extra bed for a child up to 12 years old)
Two room apartment: at ground floor or at the mezzanine floor with sea view or hills view (45-50 mq): apartment made up of a sitting room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bath with shower. (2 adults + 1 sofa bed for 1 child – with the possibility to add an extra bed for another child up to 12 years old)
Three room apartment: at the ground floor or at the first floor (68-75 mq) with sea-view: sitting room with kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds or double bed, bathroom with shower. (4 adults with the possibility to add 2 extra beds for 2 children up to 12 years old)
Three room apartment superior: (80mq) at the mezzanine floor with sea-view: sitting room with sofa, kitchenette with dishwasher and oven, 2 bathrooms with shower, one bedroom with double bed and another one with double bed or two single beds. (4 adults with the possibility to add 2 beds for 2 children up to 12 years old).
SERVICES free of charge: Gym room, Children's Playground, parking place, BBQ Facilities, two outdoor Swimming Pools, outdoor hydro massage, laundry, baby chairs, WIFI, TV, bed linen and bath towels ( 2 adults in the studio and suite, 2 adults + 1 child up to 12 years old in the two room apartment and 4 adults + 2 child up to 12 years old in the three room apartment and three room apartment superior).
